This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which bookings made with UMESAFE Transport & Logistics may be cancelled.
Customers must submit cancellation requests via phone, email or official communication channels before shipment dispatch.
If a booking is cancelled before vehicle dispatch, cancellation charges may be minimal or nil, subject to administrative costs.
Cancellations after vehicle dispatch may attract partial or full charges depending on distance covered and operational expenses.
Shipments already delivered or in advanced transit stages may not be eligible for cancellation.
Eligible refunds, if any, will be processed after deducting applicable charges and credited within 7–10 working days.
Delays due to traffic, weather, mechanical failure or government restrictions shall not be considered grounds for cancellation.
UMESAFE Transport & Logistics reserves the right to cancel or refuse service due to operational, safety or legal reasons.
