This Refund Policy explains the terms under which refunds are processed by UMESAFE Transport & Logistics.
Refunds may be applicable only in cases of service cancellation, non-availability of service or overpayment.
Administrative fees, fuel charges, toll charges and services already rendered are non-refundable.
Refunds after cancellation will be processed only after deducting applicable charges as per our Cancellation Policy.
Delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, mechanical issues or government restrictions do not qualify for refunds.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days through the original payment method.
Any refund-related disputes must be reported within 48 hours of service completion.
UMESAFE Transport & Logistics reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests at its sole discretion.
This policy may be updated without prior notice and will be effective once published.
